Unlike other air-oil-separator systems in the market, our oil catch can is not heated which allows all the blow-by air to condense in the can itself. All the oil residue gets transferred to the bottom of the can ensuring keeping the intake system remarkably clean. The remaining vapor is then directed to the exit of the oil catch can and enters the intake manifold and operates in a normal manner. The Oil and debris are then captured in the base of the can which can be removed to be emptied and cleaned when full.
The revamped design boasts an industry grade twister baffled filter that helps to trap contaminants and filter moisture as well as oil residue. As you can see, oil vapor is directed to the inlet of the oil catch can and run through a filter, which catches oil and debris. It features dual ports and is easy to install on the PCV/CCV systems.
